We invest in gym memberships and personal trainers to strengthen our bodies, nutrition and supplements to protect our insides, yet are so quick to neglect our mental health. The therapeutic experience is a luxury, yes, but it is also the best way to love and care for yourself.

Think about it: everyone in your life carries a bias. Your friends, family, colleagues, even pets have an understanding of who you are based on shared history, and an opinion of how you should live based on their own hopes and beliefs. By contrast, the psychotherapy relationship is pure. I meet you where you are. I do not judge you, or question your choices. I just allow you to be, and then I assist you in uncovering the strongest parts of yourself that feel hidden from view.
